What is an Order?

An order is your completed request to purchase one or more products from our online shop. An order is created when the buyer completes the checkout process. During this time, they provide an email address or phone number, billing address, and payment information, if these were not already provided during registration.

Can an order be cancelled?

Yes. Regardless a payment has been confirmed or not, an order can always be cancelled. If payment has been processed via the payment gateway, then upon cancellation of the order, the amount shall be refunded back via NEFT transaction, as per the refund policies. Refund is not eligible if payment has not been processed yet, as in the case of COD (Cash On Delivery)

Can I cancel my order while it is in transit?

Indeed. It is your order and you can request cancellation at any time! However, think about this: We ship most of our orders within 24 hours after the payment is received. If the order is cancelled through the website on request or by communicating our service channels we will procede with the cancelation , If the order has already been shipped of our stores and is in transit we would have to have a email for the cancelation and certain charges will be deducted with the currenty converion fees, a cancellation bears round trip via logistics, which should be avoided.
