www.teknopath.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card dishonestly will be on the user, and the burden to prove otherwise shall be completely on the user. The user must fully use his/her own card on the site.
www.teknopath.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (manufacturers, trade organizations, shops, etc.), acts of God, flood, fire, pandemics (COVID, SARS), wars, or any cause that is beyond our control. While www.teknopath.com shall try to deliver the products as per the details and specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves the right to deliver a similar, alternate product for reasons beyond its control, and any such action shall not be deemed as bad delivery.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case, then www.teknopath.com is not liable to pay/refund any amount more than the order value of the customer.
